Return & Exchange Policy

Please note that, Garments and products are a print on demand. Which means garments and products are unique and produced once ordered.  Fusion Wear has implemented a temporary no returns, no exchange policy. We would like to provide you with the following details regarding our current policy:

  1. No Returns: We do not accept returns for any of our products. Once a product is purchased, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange.

  2. No Exchanges: We also do not offer exchanges for any products. We cannot replace or exchange an item for a different size, color, or style once it has been purchased.

  3. Quality Assurance: We take great care to ensure the quality and accuracy of our products. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team with photographic evidence within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will investigate the issue and, if deemed necessary, provide a suitable resolution on a case-by-case basis.

  4. Size and Product Information: We provide detailed size charts and product information on our website to help you make an informed decision before purchasing. Please review these details carefully to ensure the correct size and product selection.

  5. Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases where a mistake has been made on our part, such as sending the wrong item or size, we will work with you to rectify the situation. Please contact our customer support team immediately in such instances, providing relevant information and order details.
